By accessing euhub-ai.com/en or engaging our services (including AI Audits, Custom AI Web-Apps, and Autonomous AI Assistants), you agree to these B2B Terms of Service. Our services are strictly intended for corporate and enterprise entities (B2B).

EUHub-AI architects, audits, and deploys custom artificial intelligence ecosystems. EU AI Act Obligations: Where EUHub-AI acts as a "Provider" or "Deployer" of an AI system under the EU AI Act, we commit to supplying the necessary technical documentation, logging capabilities, and transparency instructions required for our clients to maintain compliance. Data Processing: Any processing of personal data on behalf of a client during the deployment of ERP/CRM syncing or AI agents will be strictly governed by a legally binding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed prior to implementation, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

Artificial Intelligence systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows, are probabilistic systems. AI "Hallucinations" and Accuracy: While we engineer robust retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and limit model parameters to specific corporate knowledge bases, EUHub-AI does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be 100% error-free. The Client acknowledges the inherent risk of AI "hallucinations" (inaccurate outputs). Human Oversight: The Client is solely responsible for implementing effective human oversight and verifying AI-generated outputs before relying on them for critical business, financial, or legal decisions. EUHub-AI excludes liability for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or operational failures resulting from unverified automated outputs, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU and Slovak law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. You agree that the competent courts located in Banská Bystrica, Slovak Republic, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
